The Founder
Our Founder and Managing Member, Dr. Horace Columbus Neal II, Ed.D., MBA, is a lifelong educator and leader dedicated to empowering the dispossessed and underserved, promoting environmental and social sustainability, and expanding access to people, places, and opportunities.

- Four decades of arts work with racially, ethnically, and economically diverse youth
As a physically challenged Baby Boomer, Dr. Neal recognized that clean, affordable mobility could help people navigate life with greater independence, wellness, and confidence.
