We process and ship your order placed before 11  AM EST within 2 business days for orders outside Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holidays. Due to the number of orders during this days shipping might be delayed.

MOVE Electric Scooters orders are free shipping for USA customers only shipped via STANDARD SHIPPING anywhere within the continental USA. We offer expedited shipping options for parts and accessories only.

Note: Some restriction is applied for P.O. Box, Hawaii/Alaska, FPO or APO (Military) areas.

MOVE Electric Scooters also offers free shipping for Canada customers on selected MOVE Electric Scooters products.

The indicated delivery dates available below are just estimated delivery dates indicated on your checkout. This estimated dates does not include weekends, holidays, and unforeseeable delays (weather, volume, traffic).

Holiday Shipping Cut-off

Due to the large volume of orders and traffic for the holidays, MOVE Electric Scooters set up a cut-off for orders during the holiday to ensure that you will get it before Christmas, you have to place your order on or before December 13^th.

For FPO/APO/DPO (Military) areas, we have the cut-off set on or before December 6^th to ensure you receive your order before December 25^th.
