Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Move Electric Scooters. We strive to provide you with high-quality electric scooters and electric bicycles, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you encounter any issues with your order.

Damage Reporting and Replacement:

  • Move Electric Scooters offers a 15-day window to report any damage to your product.
  • We recommend customers take a video while unboxing the package to provide evidence in case of concealed damage during shipping.
  • Video proof of damages is mandatory to claim a replacement or refund. Please send the video  along with images showing the damages to info@movescooters.net. Videos must be in Mp4 File or Upload the video and the images to Google drive and send us the link, Please do not forget to give access to ANYONE WHO HAS THE LINK.
  • Upon receipt of the video proof, our technical team will assess the damage and recommend whether a replacement part or a complete product replacement is necessary.
  • Customers are advised to reject delivery if the product appears damaged from the outside. Return shipping fees will not be charged for damaged products.

Returns Without Reason:

  • Customers who wish to return products without reason must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping fees for returns without reason will be charged to customers and may vary from $100 to $500 based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping location of the product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a cancellation is requested by the customer after 24 hours and before the product is dispatched, a restocking fee of 10% of the total product amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • Cancellations made by the customer after the product is dispatched will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total product amount.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • You will receive an email notifying you of your refund status.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Move Electric Scooters reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
  • Please clean any dirt from the product before sending it back, failing to do so will result in your refund request being rejected.
