What is MOVE Electric Scooters Warranty?

MOVE Electric Scooters Warranty is a limited warranty offer that applies to all products purchase from MOVE Electric Scooters a subsidiary of J.M. Heritage Enterprises, Ltd. By purchasing a product under MOVE Electric Scooters, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the warranty policy and you understand the responsibility to maintain the product you’ve purchase.

MOVE Electric Scooters reserves the right to update or change the warranty policy at any given time.

All new MOVE Electric Scooters come with a standard 1 year limited warranty.

All new Segway Personal Mobility come with 1 year limited warranty.

All Certified-Used Personal Mobility come with 180 days limited warranty.

Components for Certified-Used and New come with 90 days limited warranty.

This limited warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, MOVE Electric Scooters (Segway) will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

  • Parking Stand
  • Grips
  • Trim (including console trim, wheel caps, emblem, front and rear fascias, and gear box covers)
  • Mats
  • Wheels
  • Tires (including inner tubes)
  • InfoKey Dock
  • Fenders
  • Power Cord
  • Accessories sold by Segway for use with a product and the foregoing separately purchased parts, including the InfoKey Controller

What circumstances will void your warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Caused by abuse, misuse, and neglect
  • Improper charging, storage or operation
  • Accident
  • Collision
  • Fire
  • Water Submersion
  • Cosmetics (including scratches, dents, and removal of protective coatings)
  • Product modification using any third party product, component or accessory
  • Any unauthorized repairs

How to avail the warranty?

When you submit your product for warrant service you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product serial number

Once we have verified your eligibility, you will need to provide the following:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Contact telephone number

You will be responsible for the shipping cost and insuring that the shipment of your product to MOVE Electric Scooters, you also assume the responsibility for the risk of loss In the event your product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to MOVE Electric Scooter.

When you return the product for repair or replacement, the product must be within the original packaging. MOVE Electric Scooters is not responsible for any damages caused by improper packaging or shipment of the product to MOVE Electric Scooters.
